For this piece of art I painted feathers on an antique letter, surrounded by an antique scrap art bird. I loved the script, so beautifully penned. And I love the intermingling of the feathers with the script. I collaged on a piece of another French letter dated 1890, a French stamp, art paper for the border, a piece of Italian marbled paper, and a 'Par Avion' stamp. I also scrumbled on some watercolor and gouache paint.
